The performance will be on Sunday, March 22nd at 4 PM. The recital will be free and open to the public. Location: Temple Beth Shalom, 1461 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd, Arnold, MD 21012.

The winners were chosen by a panel of distinguished musicians and music educators from the Baltimore/DC region.
